Demands and targets will be defined collectively. After that our work begins with the evolution and layout of suitable solutions in disc springs to meet your requirements.
 
Within a very short time

is able to produce laser-/water-cut samples of disc springs, according to your drawings or according to the layout that we made for you. (Expert System) 
 
Your advantage is the very short time of realisation and production, due to the fact that extensive and expensive toolings are not necessary.

As laser-/water-cut parts are relatively less expensive at low quantities, this production method is also suitable for the manufacture of spareparts.

Nevertheless please note that laser-/water-cut samples show small axial drag lines due to the pulsed laser-/water-jet.
For those parts it could be possible that they will not achive the lifecycles of the parts manufactured in the normal way with stamping tools as used at bigger series.
Laser- and water-cut parts are therefore suitable for testing the function of new products, but for testing the lifetime of disc springs, the parts should be manufactured with serial toolings.
